Christie Duncan,

Director of Clinical AffairsChristie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and attended the M.D. Anderson Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse Education Program at the University of Texas. Following her education, her career began in a Level 1 Trauma Center in Indianapolis, IN. Her passion for education began early in her career, with special interests in pressure injury prevention and education, which she has continued through leading the EHOB Clinical Affairs team.
Sharon Lucich,

Senior EHOB Clinician; Clinical AffairsSharon Lucich is a Physical Therapist with over 30 years of experience in acute, outpatient, and extended care settings. She has spent over 20 years as a specialist in wound management and has also been an Adjunct Professor for 12 years, where she taught the wound management curriculum in a doctorate Physical Therapy program. In addition to her academic work, she has served as a Clinical Consultant for 9 years, expanding her expertise into the industrial setting with a focus on wound education, pressure injury prevention, safe patient handling and mobility, and product development. Currently, Sharon is a Senior Clinician with EHOB, Inc, where she focuses on pressure injury prevention education, safe patient handling and mobility education, product development, and advancing clinical outcomes. She is an active member of the Academy of Clinical Electrophysiology and Wound Management within the American Physical Therapy Association and the Association of Safe Patient Handling Professionals.
Shelley Lancaster,

EHOB Clinical ConsultantShelley is a clinical nurse specialist and Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse (WOCN) at a large tertiary referral hospital in the Midwest. She has worked for 35 years a nurse, 30 years as a CNS and over 15 years as a WOCN. She has done bedside nursing in med-surg, ICU, open heart surgery recovery and PACU (recovery room) and has served as nursing director and Magnet program director in past roles. Shelley is passionate about prevention and using EHOB products to help change lives and patient trajectories.

EHOB Clinical ConsultantCharlotte is a Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse (CWOCN) currently on staff at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Fontana, California. Charlotte has over 10 years of nursing experience, ranging from registered nurse in the oncology unit, to clinical nurse educator, to her current position as CWOCN. Charlotte's dual role as a nurse educator and clinician equips her with a distinctive understanding of patient and staff needs.

EHOB Clinical ConsultantSue has been a Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse (CWOCN) in the Phoenix, Arizona area since 1995. She currently works part-time in the wound, ostomy, continence department at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix. Through her diverse professional experience, Sue understands the day-to-day challenges faced by nurses in all areas of the health care continuum, but it is her focus in wound and ostomy care that has made her such a champion in the WOCN community.

Safe Patient Handling ConsultantKelly Moed, a Nurse Educator with over 25 years of experience, specializes in training staff in acute care, particularly safe patient handling and mobility (SPHM). With 15+ years dedicated to SPHM program education and coordination, she's been a SPHM committee co-chair since 2006, excelling in program aspects like value analysis and national presentations. Renowned for her passion for workforce and patient safety, Kelly's ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels has earned her numerous awards.
